Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.vissveselibai.lv. We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you have the right to return it in accordance with the terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and the EU Directive on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To exercise this right, please notify us by sending an email to info@vissveselibai.lv within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to provide a specific reason for the return.

2. Conditions for Return

You can return a product if:

It is unused, undamaged, and in original, unopened packaging (especially important for food supplements for hygiene and health protection reasons).
All original labels, seals, and instructions are intact.
You include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation with the return.

Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used food supplements.
Products with broken seals (due to hygiene and safety regulations).
Personalized or custom-made goods.

3. Return Process

Contact us at info@vissveselibai.lv with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
We will confirm the return eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return the product within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice.

Please note: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was incorrect or defective upon delivery.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund for the returned product(s) within 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
