Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on www.vissveselibai.lv, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. Upon successful order confirmation, a Distance Contract is considered concluded between you (Customer) and vissveselibai.lv (Seller).

1. Definitions

Customer – A private individual who places an order through www.vissveselibai.lv for personal use.
Seller – The legal entity operating the website www.vissveselibai.lv.
Online Store – The e-commerce website accessible at https://www.vissveselibai.lv.
Product – Goods listed for sale on the website.
Order – A submitted and confirmed purchase request for one or more Products.

2. General Provisions

2.1. By placing an Order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. The information provided on the Website is publicly available and may be updated without prior notice.

2.3. All legal relations between the Customer and the Seller are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and relevant European Union legislation.

2.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect once published on the Website.

3. Ordering Process

3.1. Orders are placed through the Website without the need for prior registration.

3.2. During the order process, the Customer must provide:

Email address
Delivery address
Phone number (optional)
Payment method
3.3. Upon successful payment, the Customer receives an order confirmation and invoice via email.

3.4. If a Product is unavailable, the Seller will offer alternatives such as partial delivery, refund, or a later shipment. If no response is received within 7 business days, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order and issue a full refund.

3.5. Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes only. Differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturer changes.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT.

4.2. If a pricing error occurs, the Seller will inform the Customer and offer the choice to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it. In the absence of a response, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded.

4.3. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

4.4. Payment processing is handled by MakeCommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS). Necessary personal data for payment execution is shared with the platform provider in accordance with data protection regulations.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1. We currently deliver to all Baltic countries: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

5.2. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after the order is processed and paid, depending on product availability and delivery location.

5.3. Orders that include multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. In such cases, no additional delivery fees will be charged.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1. According to Latvian and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the Distance Contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for sealed goods such as food supplements once opened (due to hygiene and safety).

6.2. To initiate a return, email us at info@vissveselibai.lv with your order number and reason for return.

6.3. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer, unless the item was shipped in error.

7. Product Information and Liability

7.1. All products are for personal use only. The Customer is responsible for using products according to instructions.

7.2. The Seller is not liable for any harm or damage resulting from improper or unintended use of products.

8.1. All website content – including text, images, logos, and design – belongs to vissveselibai.lv or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes should first be resolved by contacting Customer Service at info@vissveselibai.lv.

9.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia or relevant EU consumer dispute bodies.
